FAQ!

How far in advance do I need to place an order? Orders placed online requires 2-3 business days processing time. For specialty orders for weddings or large events...Please contact us via our form or email us at ccp@cassiescakepops.com


What is your shipping policy? All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days (depending on order size).


Things You Need To Know!

Please note we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date or time. Shipping vendors have different policies and/or rates. It is recommended you familiarize yourself with their policies.


For shipping to warmer climate areas - we will include a thermal package to minimize the rise in temperature.


CCP is not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control, including damage from inclement weather.


CCP cannot be held responsible or offer a refund for any damage and/or delays once your order has been shipped. Shipping delay refunds can be directed to the shipping vendor.


If no one is home to accept the package...CCP cannot be held responsible for damage due to the temperature from being left outside.


CCP will do all we can to prevent damage during shipping. However, we are not responsible for any damage resulting in how the package is handled by the driver.


All orders are made fresh. You must request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. All cancellations after 24 hours will forfeit 50% of your payment. This fee will cover the expenses for work and items purchased to fulfill your order. If a change is required please contact us at ccp@cassiescakepops.com
